My memory of the steak is that I brought two steaks with us when we moved from our Paradise Valley home in 1986, and I think I gave you one of them when you moved to Tucson. I had the other steak in my freezer for YEARS (we must be related!) until I realized it was irretrievably freezer-burned, so I threw it away after about ten or so years. In retrospect, I probably should have kept it for old time's sake or something.

Oh God please! don't send it to us. I finally separated the two of them. Plus with as long as it takes to clear customs in Spain, that is going to be one stinky piece of unidentifiable meat. We might get in trouble for trying to bring illegal smelling items into such a sweet smelling country (hee hee).

Well crap. Now I'm stuck with this thing. So moved by your bizarre attachment to this thing that was once a steak, I had to actually pull it out of the trash. Don't be too surprised if it shows up in Spain. Or I could just give it back to your mom. You did steal it from her fridge.
